CasaCaribbeanBlue 1927 has been renovated and decorated in November 2023. This magnificent Neo classic property is located in the heart of Vedado. Vedado is the premier suburb in Havana and is located in the major Hotspots, just a 10-minute walk from the famous Malecon, National Hotel. The house is a generous 241 square metres in size, it has private parking, a garden, and a splendid terrace ideal for relaxing and socialising.
All rooms are fresh, and bright, with plenty of natural light and presented in a traditional Cuban style. Guests are free to enjoy the entire house. There is room for 1 car in our private parking for no additional cost.
Information is provided to the guests in English, Spanish, Russian and French.

The Neighbourhood
The house is situated in a friendly and safe neighbourhood with families who have lived there for generations.
As soon as you check in, we provide you with a map of the most popular places you can visit in Havana.
The Malecon (seafront) is a few minutes from the house. It is a good place to visit at night. Locals go there to chat or to feel the fresh Caribbean wind and experience the wonderful sunset.

In the area we have shops, banks, cinemas, theatres, cultural events, galleries, a Jazz club (Live bad) Che Guevara museum, restaurants, bars, Parks, La Fabrica del Arte an art gallery and a club just a few minutes from the house, you can not miss the Salsa dancing club "1930" it's outdoor facing the seafront again just a few minutes from the house.
